Ace rediscovers the nature of the horror she encountered in an old abandoned spooky house, but well before she even arrives to the house to begin with. The Doctor and Ace are thrown into mystery and intrigue when they land in the home of Gabriel Chase, who is not exactly who he seems to be. The house servants and maids are scared to be there, Chase's daughter seems to have lost her mind, Redvers Fenn-Cooper never had his, Nimrod is completely out of his time, and Inspector Mackenzie wakes up after a very long nap.
